Alwinton Folk Festival at Clennell Hall

8 -10 May, 2009

The aim of the festival will be to bring together the very best of old and new. We will be presenting established artists from around Britain as well as some of the best young talent around, including students from the Folk and Traditional Music course at the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne. It is hoped that a number of local schools may also perform on the Saturday. This is shaping up to be a real people's festival!
