Northumberland National Park Development Plan

Northumberland National Park Authority is responsible for preparing, monitoring and implementing the Local Development Framework.

The Development Plan also contains the Regional Spatial Strategy.

The Local Development Framework essentially is a set of documents which will guide new development in the National Park.

Regional Spatial Strategy

The North East Regional Spatial Strategy forms part of the Development Plan for Northumberland National Park.
