Wild Wednesday – Mission Explore

Wild Wednesdays are a way for children to explore, play, discover and enjoy Northumberland National Park.

Mission Explore

This Wild Wednesday is MISSION EXPLORE.  Become an explorer, natural navigator and wildlife watcher.  Draw, rub, smear, write, colour and print.  Start the journey to mission explore. Aimed at families with children 12 years and under.  Adults go free!

We are holding two sessions of MISSION EXPLORE:

Morning: 10am – 12pm

Afternoon: 1pm – 3pm

To avoid disappointment we recommend you book your tickets in advance online as places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Price includes the Mission Explore: National Parks booklet.

The booking for the event will close before the event takes place, often on the afternoon of the last working day prior to the event.  There may still be tickets available; unless this event shows either that booking is essential or that tickets are “sold out” you may still be able to attend simply by turning up on the day.  However, do note that places are always allocated on a first come first served basis because of number restrictions.

As this is an outdoor event, please dress appropriately and wear appropriate footwear.  As the weather can change please remember to bring waterproofs and warm clothing.

Children should be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Location: The Heritage Centre, Station Yard, Woodburn Road, Bellingham, NE48 2DG

For those wishing to use Sat-Nav please note, particularly in open country, postcodes cover a large area so whilst the postcode will get you to the right general area, you may still need to follow directions to locate the venue.
