Wild Wednesdays are a way for children to explore, play, discover and enjoy Northumberland National Park.

This Wild Wednesday is called Safari on Foot.  Join a Ranger to discover what wildlife can be found at Hareshaw Linn in Northumberland National Park.  From mammals to mini-beasts – have a go at tracking them down and get an insight into how they live.

Aimed at families with children 12 years and under.

Our new website and booking system are currently in development – if you wish to put your name on a list to be notified when bookings are open for this event, please contact our Activities Support Officer – trudygraham@nnpa.org.uk / 01434 611505.  Tickets will be £5.00 per child – Adults go free!

As this is an outdoor event, please dress appropriately and wear appropriate footwear.  As the weather can change please remember to bring waterproofs and warm clothing.

Children should be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Location: Hareshaw Linn National Car Park, Bellingham

Directions: Bellingham is 17 miles north of Hexham on the B6320. Take the Otterburn/Redesmouth road from the main street and turn left immediately after crossing stream (70 metres)
