Northumberland National Park Authority understands that this objective is to measure the accessibility of services and information. In order to measure this priority area in an effective manner we have set fifteen key indicators which provide a sample of services and information provided from across the National Park Authority, these are listed below.

Each area will be measured against two areas. The first area is the number of ‘clicks’ it takes from Northumberland National Park home page to the service or information identified.  The second area measures whether the information is complete or if the reader then has to make another contact e.g. a phone call.  The baseline of 70% is a combined percentage measure of the fifteen indicators.
