Northumberland National Park Authority contributes information to www.ruralvoices.org.uk.  The aim is to provide a focal point for information and support for everyone concerned with developing rural Northumberland. The website, developed after in response to feedback after the foot and mouth crisis, makes it quick and easy to share information, ask questions, and link into the networks and expertise that exist in the county, and connects people involved in developing rural Northumberland with the information they need.

A review of the website took place in 2005, which has provided us with a baseline figure for the satisfaction of customers.  This review will determine the way forward for the website in the future.  The efficiency savings incurred reflect the collective effort in setting up the website.
