Description: Agreed targets for efficiency savings by December 2005, including the % of  undisputed invoices paid in 30 days (BVPI 8).  

Baseline: April - September 2004: 98.81%

Target: 2005/06 100%

Target: 2006/07 100%

We understand this objective is measuring BVPI 8, based on the guidance provided by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister. Northumberland National Park Authority measures this target on a six monthly basis, reporting to the Review Panel regularly.

The basis of this target is for Northumberland National Park Authority to measure the payment of undisputed invoices within 30 days.  The days are calculated in calendar days and not working days.
