Description: Establishment of internal targets and measures for customer take-up of e-enabled access channels
Northumberland National Park Authority has established a baseline for the number of hits on a cross section of pages from their website. To see if the measures put in place to improve customer take-up of e-enabled access channels are effective, the figures from 10 pages representing a broad range of services will be measured on an annual basis. The table below provides a record of the pages for recording and the number of hits on these pages for the month of March. This will be the comparative month for each year. A 10% annual increase in hits has been agreed as a target, and the table also includes the projected target for each page for the following year.
