Implementing Electronic Government Targets

In order to demonstrate public take-up of the main access channels and rollout, Northumberland National Park Authority is required to monitor certain processes and procedures.  

As part of this process we have identified and documented how the process relates to Northumberland National Park Authority.  For each dataset we are reporting on, we have determined a baseline for the year 2004/05 and targets for the subsequent two years.
