The recruitment drive for Year 6 has now concluded with the apoointment of seven new members but if, in the meantime, you are interested in JLAF membership for next year, please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries.  We look forward to hearing from you.

The Forum recruits new members on an annual basis. Applications are sought from all members of the public who are genuinely interested in and aware of, countryside and access issues, with particular reference to recreational use, other interests e.g. nature conservation, ecology, health, education, tourism etc or land interests including managing, ownership and occupation.

We are particularly keen to receive applications from young people, people with disabilities and people from ethnic backgrounds. There is no upper age limit but the minimum age is 18. A sound understanding of the CROW Act (2000) will be an advantage as would access to e-mail and the internet. Familiarity with using a computer would also be useful.
