Case Study: Church of St Michael and All Saints, Ingram
National Park Cheviot and Glendale Area Fund - Amount Awarded: £1,293
Grant support has been awarded to Ingram Church through the National Park Cheviot and Glendale Area Fund in order to assist with the stabilisation of headstone memorials in the churchyard.
The grant has covered the costs of a local stonemason to repair and make safe a total of 24 memorials in the churchyard, contributing to the cultural heritage of the National Park environment. The project was carried out in two phases, with a number of headstones identified and repaired as two work packages over two years.
