Design Guide Supplementary Planning Document

The Northumberland National Park Authority adopted its Design Guide on the 14th September 2011.

It is intended that the guide can be used by anyone involved in development, whether as property owners, designers or as local residents in the National Park. As an adopted Supplementary Planning Document, the guidance within the Building Design Guide will be a material consideration in the determination of planning applications.
