Equalities Glossary

Equalities work is continually developing and as part of this process it seems to adopt many new terms and phrases. Sometimes these new terms and phrases are abbreviated and become acronyms. An example of this could be an Equality Impact Assessment which is often referred to as an EIA.

To help us all make sense of this, we have produced a 'Glossary of Terms' to help you understand some of the terminology commonly used in Equalities.
