Heritage Atlas for the Cheviots

Walkers in the Breamish ValleyOne of the key aims of the Cheviot Hills Heritage Project is to create a heritage map of the area, recording natural, archaeological, historical and cultural features of the Cheviots that are valued by those living and working in the area.

What would you add to the heritage map?

We want to find out which places in the Cheviots are important to you. Is there a special site you like to visit, or a favourite walk you take?  Which places do you think best tell the story of the wildlife and people of the Cheviots, past and present?
