Drovers Project

The Drovers Project was a two year project managed by Northumberland National Park Authority and funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund, English Nature, Natural England, The National Trust and Northumberland National Park Authority.

The focus of the project was on native and traditional breeds of cattle – their role in farming, conservation and the cultural history of Northumberland.
