General complaints

Complaints about a member
Complaints concerning a member of Northumberland National Park Authority are dealt with in a slightly different way.
These complaints should be made in writing to the National Park Authority's Monitoring Officer, either vie email: monitoringofficers@nnpa.org.uk, or to the following address;

Complaints about the recruitment process
Complaints about the recruitment process should be addressed to the Appointing Officer (the person who leads the recruitment process and chairs the Selection Panel). This should be done as soon as possible after the circumstances leading to the complaint have arisen, and in any case no later than 20 days after an appointment has been made.
