Hareshaw Linn bridge now open

hareshaw temp rails

Northumberland National Park has re-opened the iconic Millenium Bridge that leads to the waterfall at Hareshaw Linn.

The bridge was closed last week for safety reasons when the hand rails became unsafe. Temporary rails have been mounted to keep the bridge open along this favourite walk until a permanent solution can be organised.

Rangers ask the public to use the bridge carefully.
