Tearoom
Falstone Old School houses a tea room and village shop under one roof. It provides a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere and a chance to find an unusual gift from our extensive range of locally sourced crafts. These include pottery and paintings of local scenes by David Bellilios, earrings by Lucy Clayton, jewellery made from recycled metals by Jordan Moody, plus a range of crafts made in Falstone.

● Open all year from 10.30 am
● Home-cooked meals and baking
● Local crafts, gifts and info
● Free WiFi
● Dog, boot and bike friendly

Falstone Tearoom is situated in the former Victorian school rooms at the heart of the village. The business operates in a sustainable, environmentally-friendly way, with the following features:

● photovoltaic cells in the roof for electricity
● wood pellet boiler for heating
● grey-water recycling for adjacent public toilets

In 2005 the project was granted a
Special Award for Rural Design from the Civic Trust as a 'unique sustainable amenity for the local community and its visitors'.
