Glendale Festival Bike Ride

A guided "stop and look"circular leisure ride linked to the Glendale Festival.

Starts at 10am on Saturday, July 21 at Padgepool Place, Wooler.

The route is based on segments of the mapped Wooler Cycle Hub routes ...

Wooler - Weetwood Bridge -West Horton-Devil's Causeway-Roughting Linn-Ford Moss-Etal-Ford VillageKimmerston-Redscar-Ewart-Bendor-Gallowlaw-Wooler.

We will stop to explore places of interest and viewpoints on the route. Lunch stop at Etal.

  • Length: 49km (30 miles)
  • Grade: easy/moderate
  • Total ascent: 676m
  • Duration: approx 5 hours
  • Entry is free. All ages welcome. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult
