Volunteer Ranger Walk - Wether Hill

Step back in time in this remote landscape to see how prehistoric people lived. Starting at the National Park Visitor Centre at Ingram (NU 019163), and following an old drovers road to Wether Hill hillfort, then Cochrane Pike with magnificent views of the Cheviot and Simomside hills. The route continues via the hillfort at Middle Dean to reach the impressive stone built hillfort of Brough Law, before descending to Ingram Village. 4 miles. Moderate.
