Northumberland National Park operates our events in accordance with current government guidelines and our own strict and extensive risk assessments, in order to deliver an activities programme in a Covid-Secure manner.
We recommend familiarising yourself with our existing Booking Terms. Furthermore, we would like to draw your attention to the following conditions for all participants:
• Please do not attend an event if you or any members of your household, are currently showing symptoms of Coronavirus: Fever, Continuous Cough, Loss of Taste/Smell.
• Please do not attend an event if you or any members of your household, have been asked to self-isolate.
• Participants must abide by any health and safety measures and requests made by deliverers, staff or volunteers, and follow national safety guidelines. Full advice on measures in place at The Sill can be found here.
• Your booking details will be retained in accordance with Track and Trace protocols.
During the pandemic, it may be necessary to alter or cancel an event due to changing government guidelines and restrictions. We ask that you provide the most up to date email address at time of booking, and ensure it is entered correctly, as this will be the main method of correspondence. We advise you to check for any such updates before attending an event. We continue to use our existing refund policy which can be found in full here.
