Triple Technique

Hepple Gin uses an innovative three-level process for extracting botanical flavours including junipers grown in Northumberland National Park. Heavier flavours are distilled with the grain, lighter examples are vacuum distilled, and juniper flavour is extracted using carbon dioxide. This creates a unique, vibrant, intense and full of citrus and juniper notes.
