Learn a new craft with Unison Colour, a handmade soft pastel company based in the heart of the Northumberland National Park, in a pastel-making workshop in which you will make your own set of soft pastels to take home and use.

You will be under the guidance of expert makers from Unison Colour who will lead you through each step of the making process, from mixing, to rolling, to cutting. You will make four beautiful colours which we will take back to the workshop to carefully dry before sending them to you. This will be a fun and enjoyable experience to learn a new skill and introduce you to the joys of soft pastels, whilst learning about the history of Unison Colour and the inspirations behind the colours!

Wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy.
This workshop is for adults only.
