Walltown Country Park

A 6.5 mile run from the Sill: National Landscape Discovery Centre, along some of the most spectacular sections of Hadrian’s Wall Path and finishing at The Sill with a relaxing Yoga cool down.

Our popular guided trail run is a great opportunity for road runners wanting to build confidence on the trails, or more experienced trail runners looking for a run in the stunning Northumberland Landscape. There are two paces to choose from, both led by experienced run leaders, and both being relaxed and social.

Starting from Walltown Country Park, the route takes in the tallest most intact stretch of the Wall, passes through Cawfields Quarry, and touches on the highest point of the Hadrian’s Wall Path, with a downhill section to finish.  We will end at The Sill, where we will cool down with yoga and breathwork.

A water station will be available at Cawfields Quarry. Please bring your own bottle or cup to help us reduce waste.
Bag drop at Walltown, we will transport you belongings to the finish line.
